Blog #1: Made For The Next Moments

We're two friends with an audacious dream: building a noodle company that believes what you eat fuels how you feel; and we want you to feel GREAT.

We believe every great business makes an honest attempt at having a unique opinion on the market. Ours is that the noodle market hasn't been treating customers right; trading on the merits of convenience in exchange for health, creating the illusion of flavour that's actually powered by sodium bombs.

This is a market ripe for some good ol' disruption. We want you to know what's possible. We genuinely started this because we think the market deserves better. You deserve better.

I grew up with the Buddhist belief that every person and being is, in and of themselves, complete; but that over time, through being on this earth, we all accumulate gunk layered above our true selves. Led astray by our desire for worldly possessions, ego, and self-indulgence, when what we actually want is just to feel great so we can do the things we love with the people we love. It doesn't get simpler than that.

I wake up every day excited by the possibility of creating a noodle company that truly makes your next moments better. That gives you the power and confidence to tackle whatever you decide to do next in your day.

We eat to make the next moments better, not just to satisfy a temporary craving. We believe food should be built for the long term: something sustainable, delicious, and nutritious.

Noodle on that!

Ting out :)
